Scheduled an oil change. Waited two hour only to find they were preparing quotes for services and repairs I did not request. The next day I attempted 4 times to contact service department to review quotes. All attempts failed to make contact with service writer Treveena. Phone just hangs up. As I sat in the waiting room for two hours. I read the Graff vision of honesty and transparency. Not sure if anyone in service department is aware of this vision.

We usually go through Graff in Michigan City. I will say hands down your Chesterton store is the better of the two. You had a great Sales man with Carl and the man that did the trade in offered much more for trade. Your service guys did a great job cleaning the car. We’ve bought a lot of cars and no one ever cleans cars good. It was all around a great experience and we will be making it our store from now on! Thank you again for all the work and kindness that was shown.
