They did a warranty repair on my GMC 2500, and got it in and out pretty quick. They could've cleaned up the brake fluid spilled on the frame/body, but the mechanic stayed over to get it done, so I'm sure he was ready to go home. So very appreciative of that!

It was a little long wait but all in all and pricing seemed to be a little up there compared to getting your parts at other parts places. As a woman we don’t seemed to have much choice as to what to do.

Scheduled an oil change. Waited two hour only to find they were preparing quotes for services and repairs I did not request. The next day I attempted 4 times to contact service department to review quotes. All attempts failed to make contact with service writer Treveena. Phone just hangs up. As I sat in the waiting room for two hours. I read the Graff vision of honesty and transparency. Not sure if anyone in service department is aware of this vision.
