High recommend Harry at Graff Ford in Chesterton. He had good customer service and some of his jokes were even funny. Ask for Harry!

The experience was positive except the wait was longer than expected. The lady who worked there did come to me and kindly explain what had happened and why it was taking so long. She said that the window wiper replacement was damaged and they had to send someone to the parts store to pick one up another one.

I am beyond thankful for the service team at Graff GMC. I came in from 2 hours away with an issue with my 2024 Sierra. We thought we had the problem fixed but found out it was a much bigger problem that was only found because of Amber and the wonderful mechanics. Amber saved me, and 4 teenage girls, from an engine failure on my way home. Talia was amazing as well!

I’ve been coming to the service department here for years back when it was Bosak Chevrolet… Josh and the service department is always excellent very helpful, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
