Graff Kia of Chesterton was our last stop but should have been our first. After several subpar dealer visits over the last month we found the transparent honesty that we were looking for from the entire staff. Dixie, sales associate Juliana, Sales Manager Jim Miller and Finance manager Justin were all great. We look forward to doing more business at Graff Kia Chesterton

The airbag on my Chevy Silverado was replaced on a recall notification. I have no written paperwork that it was completed, and the notification light that it needs attention still remains. Graf aware of that but did nothing to clear it .

Had to take my Telluride in for recalls. I came early to my appointment because I had a filled day. Not a problem! Service man said it would be an hour, it was about 40 minutes. They gave me a complimentary report on the mechanics of the car (excellent shape) and washed it. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

i purchased a 2022 mitsubishi outlander and the customer service here was amazing, i had to bring it back the same day as me driving off the lot for a minor inconvenience and was told that they would take care of it for no charge. if you go here ask for Ashley

I bought a really nice used truck. The salesperson was extremely helpful and thorough. While the truck I bought was in extremely good condition, and I think it was priced fairly, I think they could have given me a little better deal. Still, I'm pretty happy about my experience.

Paige was super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She was even kind enough to walk us through setting up our new insurance. Definitely a one stop shopping experience, we highly recommend!
